Layer 1: Choose a focal element for your centerpiece

• A pair of ceramic bunnies would look sweet nose-to-nose, or create elegant symmetry at each end of your table.

• A bunch of oversized jute carrots makes an instant centerpiece - just wrap with ribbon to coordinate with your linens.

• Plant a grouping of pots with flowering spring bulbs - try crocus, snowdrops, or dianthus for great color and texture without a strong fragrance.

• Of course, a vase of cut flowers would be just perfect.

Layer 2: Add some enchanting lighting

• Flameless, fragrance-free pillar or tapers are perfect for a family gathering! There's nothing like a little candlelight to help your guests relax and enjoy themselves.

• You could also drape tiny string lights over and around the other elements of your tablescape for a more subtle sparkle.

• Float tea lights in a dough bowl or a flower pot for a charming, rustic effect.

Layer 3: Scatter in some smalls

A set of multiple minis can be arranged so many ways - group them, line them up, or gather them together in a bowl or basket.

Think mini figurines, brightly wrapped candies, feathers, flowers, or faux egg shells.

Layer 4: Finish with a botanical flourish

Fill in with flowers, greens, and other botanical elements - twigs, moss, or mushroom figurines would give your table a springtime woodland feeling.
